The Most Incredible and Easy Tetrazzini Recipe

Growing up, my mother used to make Tetrazzini with the leftover turkey or ham from the holidays. Although I was disappointed the festivities were over, I looked forward to having this incredible meal. It is super easy to make and you can reheat leftovers for another night’s dinner… if there are any!

Total Cook time: 20 minutes (10 minutes of prep)

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups diced ham or turkey

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup milk

1 cup cooked peas

8 ounces pasta (I prefer angel hair)

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 medium onion, diced

6 ounces mushrooms, sliced

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 cup peas (cooked)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese

Preparation:

Cook pasta according to your liking

Melt butter in a large skillet and add onion and mushrooms (cook until browned)

Add mushroom soup, milk, and pepper. Mix well

Add ham or turkey, peas, and cheese

Cook over medium heat until cheese is melted

Add pasta and mix well.

Garnish with parsley if desired. Enjoy!
