Easy and Delicious Quiche For Any Meal

If you have a household like ours, making meals can sometimes be tough based on our busy schedules. There just isn’t enough time in the day! This easy quiche recipe is perfect for breakfast, dinner, or a snack on the go. And it’s a great source of protein! Add whatever vegetables or meat you desire and serve heated or right out of the refrigerator.

Total cook time: 30 minutes (10 minutes of prep)

Servings: 8

Ingredients:

1 1/2 meat

1 cup shredded swiss cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 frozen pie crust

4 eggs (beaten)

1/4 cup half and half

1 1/2 cup of preferred vegetables (carrots, onion, green peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms etc.)

1 tablespoon butter

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375

Add butter and vegetables to a medium saucepan and cook until soft

Whisk eggs, half and half, salt and pepper in a large bowl

Add meat and cheese to the mixture

Add cooked vegetables

Pour mixture into the pie crust

Bake for 40 minutes (or until top is browned)

Enjoy a slice of quiche all week long!
