This easy quiche recipe is perfect for breakfast, dinner, or a snack on the go. And it’s a great source of protein! Add whatever vegetables or meat you desire and serve heated or right out of the refrigerator.
Total cook time: 30 minutes (10 minutes of prep)

Ingredients:
1 1/2 meat
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 frozen pie crust
4 eggs (beaten)
1/4 cup half and half
1 1/2 cup of preferred vegetables (carrots, onion, green peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms etc.)
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375
Add butter and vegetables to a medium saucepan and cook until soft
Whisk eggs, half and half, salt and pepper in a large bowl
Add meat and cheese to the mixture
Add cooked vegetables
Pour mixture into the pie crust
Bake for 40 minutes (or until top is browned)
